With a background in pharmacy and a lifelong passion for teaching, Manmeet brings a unique blend of academic insight, empathy, and professional expertise to the center. Before founding PALS, she spent 13 years in the corporate world, gaining valuable experience in leadership, operations, and organizational management—skills that now shape the high-quality programs and structured learning environment PALS is known for.

Manmeet’s dedication to helping students grow—both academically and personally—led her to create a nurturing space where every child is recognized as an individual. She works closely with families to understand each student’s learning style, strengths, and challenges. From goal-setting to customized study plans, her hands-on approach ensures every student receives the personalized support they need to thrive.
